Anthony Barnes, Partner
A litigator with over 15 years of experience, Mr. Barnes has represented individuals, corporations, and other entities, in a diverse cross-section of matters. He is also a leading electronic discovery expert and data lawyer providing information governance counsel to organizations of all sizes. Prior to joining ATA, Mr. Barnes was an attorney at Cooley LLP with a practice focused on information governance and strategic data management for complex litigation. Earlier in his career he was a litigator for California firms Ropers Majeski and Burnham Brown, and later, a litigator in New York. He is a licensed attorney in the states of California and New York, and is the adjunct Professor of eDisovery at Golden Gate University School of Law. Mr. Barnes earned his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1998.
