Kenya Rothstein, Associate
Kenya Rothstein is an Associate Attorney assisting in all areas of the firm’s advocacy and litigation. Ms. Rothstein brings experience in environmental law and regulatory enforcement from her prior work at the Department of Justice’s Environment and Natural Resources Division; the Economic and Environmental Crimes Unit of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida; the Environmental Protection Agency’s Region IV Office; and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Ms. Rothstein received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law with a concentration in Business Compliance and Sustainability and an area of focus in Environmental Law. She earned her bachelor’s degrees from the University of California, Berkeley in 2016. Ms. Rothstein is a member of the California Bar.
